Spring is that tricky time of year in New England where we are blessed with the occasional sunny day in the 60s, but we also face the harsh reality of chilly days in the 40s. I am happy to report that these photos are a few weeks old and the snow has since melted (thank the Lord!), but I am still not wearing sundresses or cropped pants.
One trend that I have embraced from season to season? Mixed prints! I adore this happy Lilly leopard print paired with navy tweed (coincidentally also Lilly…with a hint of Chanel). See the original post on Craft Box Girls here.

Having celebrated the 40th anniversary of the wrap dress this past year, I would argue that DVF made the leap from iconic to legendary. The wrap dress has evolved to include everything from the classic jersey style to maxis, shorts, jumpsuits, and formal dresses. I challenge you to name one occasion where a DVF wrap wouldn’t be both appropriate and chic. Impossible!

I hope everyone had a lovely Easter weekend! A new week has begun, and I’m fulling embracing Spring…goodbye to winter coats, hats, and gloves. (I may even forgo the tights on a daring day!) Easter dress and Lilly Pulitzer are synonymous in my book. Last year, I was lucky enough to be in South Carolina where the weather warrants sundresses in pretty prints, pastels, and lace fabrications. Back here in Massachusetts, Easter Sunday is predicted to be a whopping 46 degrees. What’s a girl to do? I’m in love with each of the gorgeous numbers below, but I’m not quite sure they will look the same layered under a cardigan and coat. The woes of a New England girl!
